MDRT Center for Field LeadershipFred Rabiei began his career in the property and casualty insurance industry shortly after graduating. After two successful years in the field, he decided to take a different path and move into life insurance and living benefits.
Fred had a clear goal from the beginning: to become one of the top-performing advisors in the industry. He quickly realized that this was the field where his personality, ambition, and passion for helping people could make the greatest impact.
He built his business from the ground up through cold calling, B2B prospecting, referrals, and building relationships one conversation at a time. There were no shortcuts. Through consistency, discipline, and a strong work ethic, Fred grew his business and went on to earn multiple industry awards and incentive trips from insurance carriers.
After 5 years in the industry, Fred's vision began to grow beyond his own personal success. He moved into leadership and started mentoring and developing other advisors, helping them build confidence, improve their skills, and create successful careers of their own.
That experience became the foundation of the Coveru team.

Today, Fred leads a growing team of more than 30 advisors and 3 Sales Leaders. His focus is not only on production, but on developing people, building strong leaders, creating opportunities, and building a culture of accountability and growth.
Fred is also a member of the MDRT Center for Field Leadership, connecting him with a global community of leaders committed to excellence and the development of high-performing financial professionals.

MDRT Top of the TableMahdi Rabiei began his career in 1990 as a life insurance advisor, and has spent more than three decades building one of the most respected careers in the industry. He is the founder of Tamin Sazan Insurance, and a member of the MDRT Top of the Table — the highest level of the Million Dollar Round Table — since 2004.
Over his career, Mahdi has personally trained more than 800 advisors and developed over 100 leaders in the industry. His impact reaches far beyond his own production — he has shaped the careers of hundreds of professionals who now serve families and lead teams of their own.
